President Ouattara Hosts Africa CEO Forum 2025 in Abidjan, Championing Public-Private Collaboration

Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara inaugurated the 12th edition of the Africa CEO Forum in Abidjan, bringing together over 2,000 leaders from across the continent to discuss strategies for economic transformation and sustainable development. Themed “Can a New Deal Between State and Private Sector Deliver the Continent a Winning Hand?”, the forum aims to foster stronger collaboration between governments and businesses to drive Africa’s growth.

In his opening address, President Ouattara emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in achieving inclusive economic progress. He highlighted Côte d’Ivoire’s economic resilience and the role of structural reforms in positioning the country as a regional leader.

The event features high-level discussions on topics such as infrastructure development, industrialization, and the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Notable attendees include heads of state, CEOs, investors, and policymakers committed to shaping Africa’s economic future.

Co-hosted by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Jeune Afrique Media Group, the Africa CEO Forum continues to serve as a premier platform for dialogue and partnership, aiming to unlock the continent’s full economic potential.
